At Little Child Big Mind we focus on all things Literacy

Literacy in Maths.
We work with children from Preschool to Year 6 for learning support or extension.
We offer one on one and very small groups.
Our Panania clinic also provides Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy through a NDIS registered provider all under the one roof.
We ARE trained to cater for your child’s needs because we
connect the learner and learning in a meaningful, respectful and effective way.
This is grounded in the specialist teachers’ understanding and connection to each and every student.
About Us...
Little Child Big Mind was established in 2018 after years of specialised training in working with children experiencing Literacy difficulties particularly in the early years.
Our commitment to meeting the individual needs of the child, including their self esteem and mindset, whether it is for learning support or extension is why our reputation speaks for itself.

Support
School Readiness Program
4-5 years
Our Pre-Kindy lessons are specialised sessions that run for 4 hours each week for 10 weeks through term 2.
The program is an instructional program that helps children build the necessary skills required for reading .
We teach the essential research based skills that set the children up for success with the beginning stages of reading and writing.

Primary School Sessions
5-12 years
Our Primary School Sessions are one hour sessions run by Literacy Specialist teachers who deliver high quality instruction in English and or Maths.
We work with our students to change their speed and accuracy, to become automatic in what they know and to change their mindset to challenges.

Workshops
Jan, April, July, Sept,
These workshops SELL OUT FAST! Our reputation for our workshops speaks for itself.
Our focus changes all the time (for example NAPLAN, writing, reading, comprehension, Pre-Kindy, fine motor).
We have a large community who are unable to attend our clinic weekly so they look out for our holiday workshops. Feedback is provided from these workshops. So don’t miss out book early for the workshops.

At Little Child Big Mind you will get a Literacy Specialist, who notices EVERYTHING, exactly what the child is doing while they are learning and who understands the importance of sequencing and timing.
