Palmina Condina spent 28 years inside the NSW Department of Education, specialising in literacy, working from classroom teacher to assistant principal to senior education officer. By the time she left, she was the person the system sent in when things needed fixing. She founded Little Child Big Mind in 2018 and remains actively involved in the school system to this day.
Every educator at Little Child Big Mind is actively working in NSW classrooms today. Learning support officers upskilled by principals. Afternoon tutors who teach full-time in schools. The bar is non-negotiable, because following a script and being a good teacher are two different things.
